Scissors

It's day 2 of drawing everyday things. Today: Scissors. I liked the combination of gray and red and they were right in front of my as I was sitting at my desk.

I think the overall shape came out pretty well. Like with the lighter yesterday, I struggled to paint the curved edges, giving it a flat look. I also probably made the red a little too red. Still, I'm very happy with how this painting looks. The only thing I would change about it if I could is the very bottom edge where I painted over the black line in an attempt to make it look 3D.
